5 stars aren’t enough to rate the service provided by Julia- if you are even considering buying or selling a home in the West Milford/North Jersey area, look no further. I reached out to Julia back in April, when my mother’s health was rapidly declining and we needed to sell her home of 34 years (where I was born and raised— a very special property to my family). The house was in rough condition, and we knew it needed to be sold as-is. Julia came to the house prepared with comps and a listing price that far exceeded what we’d imaged possible. After only days on the market, we had an all cash buyer who we know will do an amazing job renovating and making the home their own. This was very important to me, as it is the only home I’ve ever known. Sadly, throughout the process, my mother passed away. It was an emotionally challenging time, but Julia was there every step of the way, even with the various delays and bumps in the road.
